The programming on LittleThings’ channel includes 13 different shows totaling 4 hours a day of original content that can be watched on Facebook Live,, Pluto TV, and numerous other OTT platforms and apps.


About You

LittleThings is looking for passionate SEO Director to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is extremely knowledgeable about best practices and the latest new areas of SEO. Our ideal candidate is quantitative, pragmatic, and methodical in his or her approach to SEO. We are seeking candidates who enjoy problem-solving and have a genuine curiosity about how readers search for content. If you work well with many types of people and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then this is might be perfect position for you! 



  • Perform keyword research to identify areas for content opportunities and emerging or seasonal trends.
  • Work with freelance writers to produce high-quality SEO content from inception to completion to be shown for specific search terms and hit a monthly production quota.
  • Work closely with the editorial team to provide on-page optimization recommendations, including metadata, headings, internal links, and URLs for news and evergreen content based on the editorial calendar.
  • Identify growth opportunities for site infrastructure, keyword selection, and on-page optimization factors, and design experiments to test new strategies and industry trends.
  • Analyze experiment results and push next steps forward at a rigorous pace.
  • Identify and analyze competitor techniques, as well as benchmark our performance against competitors.
  • Use third-party data, tools, and intuition to identify long-tail search terms for potential monetization and content production.
  • Monitor webmaster tool errors, sitemaps, and crawl issues.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and conduct traffic and conversion analysis to gain insights into performance.



  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • 5+ years of in-house SEO work experience with an industry-leading website.
  • 2+ years of experience managing an SEO team.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  
  • Demonstrable track record of business results through SEO.
  • Experience working in lifestyle content a plus.
