About You

We are looking for a full-time Content Operations Coordinator to work in our NYC office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a constantly evolving environment, is excited by what we’re building, and is eager to contribute to our extraordinary team of writers, video producers, and management staff. Reporting directly to our Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for researching a variety of "feel good" content across the web, eloquently and concisely conveying our brand and mission to content creators, and processing digital video content in a fast-paced environment.



  • Research, acquire, and license the very best “feel good” digital video content on the web
  • Carefully monitor sources, news feeds, and social media to identify appropriate content and potential content sources
  • Field requests from our editorial team for unique video and content licenses and ensure that requests are processed swiftly and accurately
  • Reach out to potential content providers via various channels while maintaining our brand, mission, and voice
  • Invoice licensed content accordingly and coordinate with accounting to ensure efficient and accurate processing
  • Meet monthly quotas for video plays


  • Minimum 1-3 year(s) of experience in digital content, video, or content research
  • Excellent knowledge and a keen interest in pop culture/social media culture
  • Familiarity with using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit as content sources
  • Strong interpersonal and digital communications skills
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required
  • Communication/sales background and nights/weekend availability are pluses
