About You

LittleThings is looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead LittleThings Studios, our full-service production and broadcast division. We currently create the leading long-form talk- and clip-show programming for Facebook Live geared toward women between the ages of 25 and 54. We are now expanding our offerings to include semi-scripted, scripted, and game show series aimed at OTT and linear audiences. We are seeking a seasoned TV or digital executive producer to lead that effort.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of producers, associate producers, and post-production professionals
  • Works in collaboration with the Sr. Live Producer to create an air schedule for all show content
  • Ideates with the Director of Publishing and Post-production Supervisor to repurpose series for YouTube, Watchable, Pluto TV, Xumo, and others
  • Creates and manages budgets for all new series
  • Oversees the full production process (from ideation and pre-production, through production and post) for all tentpole series
  • Supervises each show product, including editorial content, graphic look, and continuity
  • Coordinates production staff, including technical directors and all freelance/full-time hires on both coasts
  • Manages and delivers multiple projects, pitches, and show content on fast-paced (digital) timelines
  • Ensures that videos are executed and delivered according to LittleThings’ best practices for optimization

 

Requirements

  • A degree in film production or related field
  • 4-8 years of experience as a producer in daytime, lifestyle, or television news, with at least 2 years of executive producer experience
  • Deep understanding of the women’s lifestyle landscape and content
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of physical production
  • Attention to detail and the ability to execute budgets in Excel on tight deadlines
  • The ability to multitask; you will be asked to manage several projects at once with a lean team
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Comfortable on set and leading/hiring a crew to execute a specific vision
