About You

LittleThings is seeking a Programmatic Sales Manager to help build our private marketplace business. He/she will build and manage relationships with agency trading desks and programmatic agencies. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, and entirely comfortable speaking to and pitching clients on a regular basis.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand relationships with agency trading desks and programmatic agencies
  • Actively pitch, educate, and present to trading teams to grow strategic relationships
  • Develop and execute client-specific PMP strategy, value proposition, and sales plan
  • Compile deal reporting that tracks trends in spending and analyzes performance on all PMP deals
  • Strategically utilize our DMP to package up inventory and monetize all audience data
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential buyers, and convert these relationships into new deals
  • Gather market feedback, and provide consistent updates to product that drive innovation

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital advertising, with 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising sales
  • Experience working with SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, etc.
  • Experience in audience packaging and selling
  • Ability to conduct analysis and interpret data
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities with all levels of an organization
  • Self-starter with high level of attention to detail
